The mission visited 18 polling stations in Baku and 25 in Ganja, said the statement of the mission.
“No cases of interference by the administrative and law enforcement agencies were observed. Necessary legal and organizational conditions were created for local and international observers to monitor the elections unbiased and fairly. Free will of the people was ensured in accordance with Azerbaijan’s law. Web cameras were installed in some polling stations. Necessary conditions were created for disabled people. As a result, the observation mission confirms that free, transparent and competitive elections in accordance with national and international elections standards”, said the statement.
The mission arrived in Azerbaijan on Oct.29.
