He made the remarks on Wednesday during the ceremony dedicated to sport results of 2015 at the National Olympic Committee.
“We are going to do whatever it takes to eliminate the consequences of the inevitable decision in regard to manat rate,” said the president.
The head of state noted that drastic measures will be taken against those behind artificial price hikes in the country.
“Serious decisions have been taken in the country for improvement of business environment and licensing. There will be more serious reforms in the economic-financial sector as well as in the areas of economic liberalization and monopoly. Transparency will be fully ensured in the customs and tax system,” the president outlined.
