Azerbaijani President: "Better conditions should be created for businessmen"

Speaking of the non-oil sector, of course, first of all, I mean agriculture, industrial production and processing industry. It is also necessary to provide additional funds in the industry. "

The President stressed that economic reforms should be deepened, "Here we must take into account the good practices of developed countries. All our economic and financial system should be more transparent. The banking sector should develop. The business environment should improve. The best conditions must be created for business. All bureaucratic obstacles should be eliminated. These instructions must be met. Then we will be able in the short term to speed up the positive momentum. "

President Ilham Aliyev noted that the policy pursued in recent years in the economic area as a whole, is justified: "Azerbaijan over the last 10 years is the most rapidly developing country in the world. Just in the current circumstances, we must further improve our performance. Azerbaijan holds thought-out policy, economic reforms. The patriotic feelings of the people are at a high level. The unity of the people and the government is firm. Here are the key factors of our success. The state, government and citizens must together find a way out of this unexpected situation. The state has a very serious program in that direction. I am sure that in such a case Azerbaijan will have no problems with economic development in 2016. "
