Azerbaijan makes amendments to Civil Code

Under the order, the Cabinet of Ministers shall develop proposals on adjustment of the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan and acts of the Azerbaijani president to the Law “On making amendments to the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan” within three months and submit to the Azerbaijani president.

The Cabinet of Ministers shall ensure the adjustment of its normative legal acts to the Law within three months and inform the president.

It shall control the adjustment of central executive authorities’ normative legal acts to the Law and inform the president about its implementation within five months.

The Ministry of Justice shall ensure the adjustment of central executive authorities’ normative legal acts and normative acts to the Law “On making amendments to the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan” and inform the Cabinet of Ministers.
