The meeting debated proposals of Sweden and Poland on expansion of relations between EU and Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia, Belarus and Moldova. Prime Minister of Luxembourg supported this proposal and stressed the importance of expansion of cooperation with Eastern neighbors. Juncker considers that the issue should be debated at the next summit of European Union.
