Trial begins on the Musavat Party’s pretension against the Baku City Executive Power

Baku. Elnur Mammadli–APA. On Tuesday, Sabayel District Court began trial on the Musavat Party’s pretension against the Baku City Executive Power (BCEP), Gulaga Aslanli, head of the Musavat’s election department told APA. The party’s officials addressed the court chaired by Judge Famil Nasibov saying that City Power’s non-consent for the Musavat’s meetings on May 4 in the Ukraine Square, in the area of former Galaba cinema house and Tabriz cinema house was illegal. BCEP official asked the judge to give them time to learn the trial materials. The court scheduled its next session on June 24.
