Fuad Mukhtarov: â€œIf I put forward my candidacy for the party chairmanship, no one can prevent meâ€

Baku. Elnur Mammadli-APA. â€œIf I put forward my candidacy for the party chairmanship, no one can prevent me. No coalition or grouping can forge the votes,â€ Acting Chairman, Secretary General of Azerbaijan National Independence Party Fuad Mukhtarov told APA while commenting on the alliance established by chief of Goranboy region organization Fagani Maharramov and some other men in ANIP. Fuad Mukhtarov said he did not know why Fagani Maharramov formed an alliance against him.
â€œI do not know why they worry, why the established an alliance. On the other hand, I have not said I will put forward my candidacy,â€ he said.
As regards the statements that he monopolized the sphere of international affairs of the party, Fuad Mukhtarov rejected these accusations.
â€œI am responsible for the international affairs of the party. Of course, all international affairs are connected with me. On the other hand, there is no one in the party who can do it better than me,â€ he said.
