Baku. Elnur Mammadli–APA. The European Court of Human Rights has allowed time for the Azerbaijani Government and leader of Azerbaijan Democratic Party Sardar Jalaloglu to come to terms. The time allowed by the court expires later in May, Jalaloglu told APA. He said the Government made no steps for reconciliation. “They behaved as if they arrested us legally. I am expecting for the court decision in the short time. Previous decision of the European Court also remains unfulfilled. Except the moral compensation, no criminal case was launched on the fact of torture against me, guilty people have not been identified and no measures have been taken for their punishment yet. We will address the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe with the initiative to establish Monitoring group on the fulfillment of decisions of European Court in Azerbaijan”.
