The issue of reconsideration of Azerbaijan-Russia leasing agreement of Gebele Radar to be raised in Parliament

He said that most of MPs are in this opinion.
â€œLeasing agreement of Radar is completely economical point and there is no political motive here. Besides, Russiaâ€™s energy policy makes it necessary to reconsider the issue which is reflected in the agreement. Russiaâ€™s behavior in past six month is a sign to the issueâ€?, he said.
Russia pays $7m rental to Azerbaijan for â€œDeryalâ€? Radar in Gebele region. Milli Majlis ratified the agreement. Parliament considers that it should be renewed considering the increase of energy supply prices and radarâ€™s impact on environment and people. /APA/
