Serdar Jalaloglu commented on European Court decision on his appeal

Azerbaijan Democrat Party Deputy Chairman Serdar Jalaloglu is going to raise issue before relevant instances on unethical treatment with him while being arrested in 2003 and institution of criminal proceedings against a group of officials, Serdar Jajaloglu and his advocate Fuad Agayev stated at the press conference, APA reports.
Serdar Jalaloglu said that he intends to request against Nesimi Court judge Gulnare Tagizade, inspector of Fight against Organized Crimes department Mustejeb Aliyev, the department officer Samad Jeferov, former department chief of the Prosecutorâ€™s Office Tahir Kazimov, judges of the Supreme Court and Appeals Court, Grievous Crimes Court judge Mansur Ibayev and some others.
He complained about the violation under the article 3 (bad treatment during detention, torture) of European Convention for Human Rights and Freedom. According to the European Court decision, he is to be paid â‚¬10 000 for non-pecuniary damage and â‚¬1817 for expenses. /APA/
