Kyiv’s nuclear blackmail raises serious concerns, as it creates the risk of allegedly creating a dirty bomb and then using it under a false flag, said Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defence (RCDBZ) Troops of the Russian Armed Forces Alexei Rtischev, APA’s Moscow bureau reports.
He emphasized that one of the training programs of the Security Service of Ukraine is aimed at the theft of sources of ionizing radiation, the production of an explosive device, and simulating its detonation in a crowded area.
The Russian general noted that Andrey Yermak, former head of Zelenskyy’s office, personally supervised the import of spent nuclear fuel to Ukraine without informing the IAEA and other relevant organizations.
He added that the supply routes for nuclear fuel were organized via Poland and Romania.
Rtishchev also stated that USAID may be involved in testing pharmaceutical drugs on Ukrainian residents.
