A criminal case has been opened in Russia against Mikhail Khodorkovsky on charges of creating a terrorist organization, APA's Moscow bureau reports, citing the Russian Federal Security Service (FSB).
It was reported that there are 22 members of the "Russian Anti-War Committee", including former Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov and chess player Harry Kasparov.
In addition, the names of Shulman, Shenderovich, Kara-Murza, Chichvarkin, Smolyaninov, Gelman, and Gozman are also mentioned among the accused in the case of creating a terrorist organization.
All of the persons against whom a criminal case has been opened in Russia are considered foreign agents. They currently live abroad.
Members of Russia's "Anti-War Committee," deemed undesirable in the country, face up to 20 years in prison. They are accused of creating a terrorist organization, seizing power by force, and calling for terrorist acts.
