Baku – APA. Chechen rebel leader in Caucasus, Doku Umarov has menaced Russian government with new terrorist act. A video clip about this has been posted on one of the extremist portals.
According to Russian media, Umarov has noted in his video letter that they announced 2011 as “Year of blood and tearsâ€. He stressed the terrorist acts will take place in every week or month. Their main purpose is to struggle against the enemies of Islam and the persons hurting the Caucasians.
