Moscow – APA. “South Ossetia can always rely on Russia’s help,†Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said, APA reports. Dmitry Medvedev sent a letter to the separatist regime in South Ossetia on the occasion of the “Day of Independenceâ€. The letter says:
“Within 20 years since it declared its independence, South Ossetia has done much to achieve development. The people of South Ossetia are realizing their efforts to live at peace and achieve self-determination.â€
