In the videotape posted on August 2, Umarov spoke about the situation in North Caucasus and said his resignation would be impossible. He said his previous videotape about the resignation from the post of leader of the “Caucasus Emirate†and appointment of Aslambek Vadalov to this post was “completely fabricatedâ€.
The videotape about the Umarov’s resignation due to health problems was spread on August 1.
Umarov said in his last videotape that he had not health problems.
