Makhachkala â€“ APA. The employee of Dagestan Interior Ministryâ€™s special purpose police troop was shot near Makhachkala, APA reports. The officer of OMON (Special Purpose Detachment of Militsiya) was attacked by gunmen while returning home. The number of the gunmen and the name of the employee are not publicized. A group of gunmen attacked interior department of Garabudagkand region of Dagestan. About 10 gunmen fired on the building machine and submachine guns for an hour. Extra police troops and military equipment were brought to the site. It is not known whether any of the gunmen were arrested or not.
Interior Minister of Dagestan Adilgeray Magomettahirov was also killed by a sniper last week.
