London’s FTSE 100 index of leading companies rose 0.1 per cent to close at 5,871 points, Frankfurt’s DAX 30 climbed 0.4 per cent to 7,435 points, and in Paris the CAC 40 went up 03 per cent to 3,567 points.
The yellow metal’s December futures dropped 0.6% to $1,711.6 an ounce in electronic trading.
In world market, euro exchange rate against the dollar makes $1.3055 (+0.2%).
