On January 28, 2009 an auction on placement of short-term notes of National Bank with the state registration number 50100421S, total volume AZN 30 000 000, volume put-up to the auction AZN 20 000 000, face value per note AZN 200, and turnover period 28 days was carried out on Baku Stock Exchange.
Total volume of orders submitted by 8 investors made AZN 39 227 400 at face value.
Orders were presented in price range from 99.39% (YTM â€“ 7.89%) to 99.70% (YTM â€“ 3.87%).
National Bank set cut off price on competitive orders in the amount of 99.69% (YTM â€“ 4.00%) and weighted average price in the amount of 99.70% (YTM â€“ 3.87%). Volume of Notes realized at face value formed AZN 20 000 000, including noncompetitive orders of AZN 3 998 400.
The maturity date of Notes is February 25, 2009.
