Baku – APA. The two Korean peoples should continue negotiations to relieve the tension and build peace in the peninsula, said President of South Korea Park Geun-hye, APA reports quoting ITAR-TASS.
The president said Seoul is ready for talks with North Korea but warned that Pyongyang will be harshly retaliated if it commits any provocative act.
Note that, the sides had reached an agreement on holding the second stage of negotiations in late October or early November during the visit of North Korea’s top officials to Seoul on October 4.
