Results of presidential elections held in Iran have been announced.
APA’s Iran correspondent reports that Iranian Interior Minister Abdolreza Rahmani Fazli said at the press conference that Hassan Rouhani was re-elected the 12th president of Iran with 57% (23,549,616 votes) of votes.
Ebrahim Raisi, the leading rival to President Hassan Rouhani in presidential election, ranks collected 15,786,449 votes.
Other candidates Mustafa Mirsalim collected 478,215 votes, Mustafa Hashimitaba – 215,450 votes.
It was announced Hassan Rouhani’s instagram page that he will address to people today.
Totally, 41,220,131 voters (75%) out of 56,410,000 people, who had right to vote, participated in Iran’s presidential elections.
