The attackers who entered Iran's parliament building on Wednesday were dressed as women, said Iran’s Deputy Interior Minister Hossein Zolfaghari, APA’s Tehran bureau reported.
“When entering the building, they began to open fire. Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) forces opened fire on them. The terrorists entered the parliament’s side building,” he said.
Zolfaghari noted that one of the four terrorists was killed, another blew himself up. “Two persons were killed in the parliament. The terrorists are surrounded,” he said.
IRNA reported that one of the terrorists who attacked the Imam Khomeini mausoleum was detained alive, and the shooting is continuing.
