33 injured in attacks on Iran’s parliament and Khomeini mausoleum

Thirty-three were people injured after the armed attacks on Iran’s parliament and the Imam Khomeini mausoleum in Tehran on Wednesday.

 

The injured were hospitalized, two of them died in hospitals, an APA correspondent reported from Tehran.

 

Iran’s Emergency Medical Assistance Service revealed the identities of the injured. Among them are women as well.

 

Today, Iranian parliament and Imam Khomeini mausoleum were attacked by armed men. Seven people were reported dead after the armed attack on Iran’s parliament. Another four people were taken hostage. Special forces are trying to release them.

 

Three unknown armed men attacked the Imam Khomeini mausoleum. The assailant has bombed himself following the attack, injuring a number of people. Another committed suicide by taking chemicals.
