Iran sends note to Italy

Speaking at the ceremony held by Parisian Jewish organization “Keren Khaseyod”, Silvio Berlusconi didn’t name a concrete name, but compared President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad’s activity with Hitler, APA reports. Tehran sent note to the Italian foreign ministry protesting this comparison. It was said in the note that Berlusconi’s action didn’t become high-civilized Italian people’s position. “Iran keeping more responsible position at the international arena stated that it respects all peoples and cultures”.
Iran’s note to Italy was not accepted in Rome synonymously. Italian foreign ministry announced that Iran had doubts of Holocaust and Israeli statehood and Berlusconi responded to the Iran’s statements. Member of Italian ruling coalition “People of Freedom” led by Berlusconi, Enrico Panetta said that Ahmadinejad was dangerous than Hitler, because he intended to obliterate not only whole people, but Israeli state as well.
Meanwhile Mahmoud Ahmadinejad continued his statements against Israel. Iran’s president said Sunday that Iran’s military would "break the hand" of any aggressor that target his country. Addressing a military parade broadcast live on state television, he said: "If anyone allows himself to commit even a tiny offense against Iran’s legitimate interests, borders and sacred land, our armed forces will break his hand before he pulls the trigger."
“Death to USA!”, “Death to Israel!” were chanted during the military parade in Tehran.
