1 dead, 30 injured in E China bus accident

Baku-APA. One pedestrian was killed and 30 bus passengers were injured after a coach veered off the road and fell more than ten meters in Zhejiang Province on Wednesday night, rescuers said, APA reports quoting Xinhua.
The accident happened at around 9 p.m. in the city of Rui’an. A bus careened off the road after attempting to dodge a pedestrian crossing the road, traffic police from Wenzhou, which administers Rui’an, said.
The pedestrian was killed at the scene, and 30 people were found trapped in the overturned bus when rescuers arrived. All the injured have been sent to hospitals, and 16 people sustained serious injuries.
