Baku. Konul Jafarli-APA. 7 Iranian citizens were kidnapped in Libya. APA reports quoting Fars press agency that the kidnapped people are the employees of Iranian Red Crescent Society. It’s reported that they were kidnapped by unknown armed people in Libya’s Benghazi city. Iranian citizens got away in unknown directions, when they left the Red Crescent Society building in Libya and were moving towards “Tibesti†hotel. It’s interesting that their driver wasn’t kidnapped.
Note that employees of Iranian Red Crescent Society were on the official visit to Libya, which was realized on the invitation of Libyan Red Crescent Society.
