Baku-APA. An Iranian lawmaker has dismissed Israel’s accusations about Tehran’s involvement in a bomb attack on a bus carrying Israeli tourists in Bulgaria as "unfounded", APA reports quoting Xinhua.

On Wednesday, at least three people were killed and many wounded as a powerful blast ripped through a bus with Israeli tourists at Bulgaria’s Burgas airport.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Wednesday accused Iran of being behind the attack.

The charges show how "illogical" Israeli officials are, the member of Iran’s Majlis (Parliament’s) National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, Esmaeil Kowsari, was quoted as saying.

Israel’s accusations about Iran’s complicity in the bus explosion are false, said Kowsari.

"The Israeli regime and its officials accuse other countries of terrorist acts while they are themselves training terrorists and dispatching them to other countries to carry out terrorist operations," he added.

On Thursday, Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman, Ramin Mehmanparast, denied the involvement of Iran in the blast.
