The European countries must avoid imposing sanctions against Iran. It will negatively influence on Iran’s economy and social life. The only way to solve the problem is to hold negotiations. Last year Iran announced that it was ready for negotiations with IAEA. But they refused because of sanctions. The sanctions by the European countries prevented this meetingâ€.
Lavrov said that the UN Security Council was continuing its work towards the settlement of this problem: “Iran is ready for negotiations with IAEAâ€.
