Baku-APA. Twin roadside bombings hit Iraq’s restive capital Baghdad late on Thursday, killing five people and injuring 10 others, a police source said, APA reports.
The attack took place in the city’s Karada commercial area, the police officer told Xinhua on condition of anonymity, adding that among the victims were four police personnel killed and five others injured.
No one has claimed responsibility for the incident so far and the investigations are underway, said the police source.
Baghdad has long been seeing bombings and gunfights almost on a daily basis.
