The next in-person hearing on former United States President Donald Trump's case is scheduled for December 4 this year before Manhattan Criminal Court, CNN wrote on Tuesday, APA reports citing Teletrader.
"It's not a good day ... I don't expect this to happen in this country. You don't expect this to happen ... to somebody who was the president of the United States," Trump's counsel Todd Blanche said following the court arraignment, and slammed the prosecutor of turning the case into a "political prosecution."
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg earlier confirmed that the 45th president of the United States was indicted with 34 counts of first-degree business record falsification. The former president, however, pleaded not guilty to the charges.
