United States President Joe Biden and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen discussed on Thursday her most recent visit to China, according to a press release by the White House, APA reports citing Teletrader.
"They reaffirmed the importance of maintaining peace and stability across the Taiwan Strait" and making sure that "Ukraine has the economic and security assistance it needs," while cooperating to "impose costs on the Kremlin for Russia's aggression."
The leaders also discussed ongoing joint efforts to accelerate the transition to clean energy economies.
