WUF13 accreditation cards to be issued starting May 14

The Accreditation and Registration Center will begin issuing accreditation cards to those registered to participate in the Thirteenth Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) to be held in Baku from May 17 to 22, 2026, starting on May 14, WUF13 Azerbaijan Operations Company told APA.

It was noted that the center, located at the venue of the event - Baku Olympic Stadium, will ensure a unified and operational implementation of the registration, accreditation and information process of WUF13 participants.

The center will operate from 09:00 to 18:00 on May 14-16, from 07:00 to 18:00 on May 17-21, and from 07:00 to 15:00 on May 22.

WUF13 participants, official representatives and guests will be able to register and obtain accreditation cards by approaching the Accreditation and Registration Center from May 14-22, 2026.

To obtain WUF13 accreditation cards, persons who have registered online must bring the unique registration number sent to their email address, as well as a valid identity document used during registration. Citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan must present an identity document, and foreign citizens must present a valid passport.

In addition, on-site registration will also be available on the days of the event.

In order to facilitate and expedite the registration process, participants are encouraged to register online in advance. Online registration
is available through the Global Event Management System (GEMS) provided by the United Nations Human Settlements Programme (UN-Habitat) - https://events.unhabitat.org - and the deadline for online registration is 15 May at 18:00.
