More private sector representatives are expected to participate in the WUF13 international conference to be held in Baku, Anna Soave, Head of the UN-Habitat Country Programme in Azerbaijan, said during the event titled “WUF13 – Information Session for the Private Sector,” APA reports.
“At WUF12 held in Egypt, only 14% of the 25,000 participants represented the private sector, while 14% of participants at the conference organized in Poland also represented the private sector. At WUF13, a greater number of private sector representatives are expected to participate. This will provide Azerbaijani businesses with an opportunity to present their potential to a global audience,” the UN representative said.
