Saudi Arabia has invited international construction companies to participate in housing projects, Chief Director for Supply Chain at Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Municipalities and Housing, Ali Al-Ahmad, said during the session titled “A New Deal for Housing Finance” held within the framework of WUF13, APA-Economics reports.
He stated that Saudi Arabia is open to local and international construction companies wishing to participate in affordable housing projects.
Ali Al-Ahmad noted that the country provides subsidized land, infrastructure, and preferential loans for affordable housing construction.
According to him, Saudi Arabia intends to expand cooperation with international companies through various business models and methodologies.
The Saudi official invited all contractors and real estate companies to visit the country and explore the opportunities available there.
