Tax incentives are being determined in connection with the Thirteenth Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) to be held in Azerbaijan, APA reports.
This was reflected in the proposed amendment to the Tax Code, which was discussed at the meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship today.
Noted that it was decided to hold the Thirteenth Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13) in Baku in 2026. For this purpose, on December 22, 2023, the "Host Country Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the UN for the Holding of the Thirteenth Session of the World Urban Forum in Baku in 2026" was signed and approved by law.
All tax incentives and exemptions will be applied on the basis of the relevant confirming document and for a period of one year (from September 1, 2025 for a period of 1 year).
