“Our main goal was to achieve the targets of the first phase of the Great Return program,” Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan in Shusha district, Aydin Karimov, said during his speech at the dialogue session titled “BBB Publication (TBC)” held within the framework of the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), APA reports.
He stated that this phase covers the years 2022–2026 and will be completed this year.
“We can proudly say that almost all of these targets have been achieved in all liberated territories. There is still time remaining for the completion of the program,” Aydin Karimov noted.
