Azerbaijan ranked the 92nd with 15.6 percent of women in parliament.
Georgia ranked 109th, Armenia 115th, Russia 99th and Ukraine 120th.
Only one post from 36 in the Azerbaijani government is taken by a woman. Women’s representation in Azerbaijani government is 2.8 percent.
The relevant figure is 21.2 percent in the Georgian government and 11.1 percent in Armenia.
Every country in Africa and the Americas has at least one female minister, it said. But Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Brunei, San Marino, Bosnia, the Solomon Islands and Vanuatu have no women at all in executive government.
