Mirvatova even claimed that whenever the department received an assignment without a document presenting the court verdict, she would demand it. She said always tried that the coming assignments be compiled properly, adding that whenever there was some deficiency she would call the concerned body and report the problem. She stressed that sometimes the heads of those bodies pledged to eliminate the problems with the assignments and said there was a court verdict permitting tracking phone talks but did not do accordingly.
Mirvatova said she doesn’t remember the phone numbers of Alasgarov Shahin Ismayil oglu, Sadikhov Akif Anvar oglu, Asgarov Hasan Mammad oglu, Mehdiyev Adil Shamil oglu, noting that when there was not proper documentation on tracking their phone numbers at Operational-Technical Department, the minister orally instructed the workers in this regard. “I wouldn’t have given instructions in implementation of this measure without the instruction of former minister or proper documentation,” she said.
She also confirmed that the landline phones calls were illegally tracked in automatic telephone stations with the consent of senior officials of the ministry of communications and high technologies under verbal instruction of the former head of liquidated national security MINISTRY without any court decisions.
