The State Committee for Family, Women and Children Affairs has commented on the incident occurred in Guba district court.
Head of Information and Analytical Research Department of the State Committee Elgun Safarov told APA that the incident, occurred while 10-year old child was taken from her aunt and given to the father, is being investigated. “The reasons of the incident are being investigated. All local government agencies and parties should be questioned to reveal the reasons. This is a very sensitive issue. This matter can’t be solved in a few days. The decision will be passed in accordance with the investigation,” he said.
A video was spread on social networks reflecting rudeness of court officers while taking 10-year old Nuray from her aunt and giving to the father.
