Clusters will be established at specialized universities in Azerbaijan.
According to the Strategic Roadmap on perspectives of the national economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the establishment of clusters can increase the effectiveness of the ‘Education, research and innovation’ chain.
The improvement of higher education system in the country will result in formation of quality human capital and intellectual potential and in an increase in labor productivity.
The establishment of clusters will stimulate implementation of researches and improvements, and application of scientific results to production, and will increase the effectiveness of the “education-science-production” cooperation.
Stimulating measures will be taken for increasing of private universities’ independence and their development.
