Azerbaijan will abolish paper correspondence between state agencies.
This is according to the Strategic Roadmap on the development of telecommunication and information technologies.
The document says the steps necessary to gradually eliminate paper correspondence between state agencies will be analyzed in order to completely shift to the electronic form of correspondence at state level. At the same time, the use of electronic applications, forms, blanks, e-invoices, and reports that are sent over the Internet in relations between the state and private sectors will be encouraged.
