Wind speed in Baku reached 28 m/s, waves 5 meters in Caspian Sea in height - CURRENT WEATHER

The Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan has released information on the current weather, the Ministry told APA.

According to the information of the National Hydrometeorology Department for 16:00 p.m, speed of northwest wind reached 34 m/s in Naftalan, 33 m/s in Pirallahi, 30 m/s in Tartar, 28 m/s in Sumgayit and Baku, 24 m/s in Bayil, 24 m/s in Khachmaz and Qum island, 23 m/s in Dashkasan, 22 m/s in Barda, 21 m/s in Chilov, 20 m/s in Aghdam and Nabran, 18 m/s in Zardab, 17 m/s in Bina and Zabrat, 16 m/s in Goytapa and Shabran, 23 m/s in Oil Rocks in some times. According to the information of Oil Rocks height of the wave has been 5 meters.

It rained in Sumgayit, Baku, Bina, Zabrat, Nakhchivan, Sharur, Shahbuz, Ordubad, Ganja, Shamkir, Tovuz, Aghstafa, Balakan, Oghuz, Gabala, Ismayilli, Maraza, Altiaghac, Guba, Gusar, Khaltan, Kurdamir, Aghsu, Kishchay, Khinaliq, Shabran and Zagatala.

37.7 mm of rainfall was observed in Zagatala from 07.07 a.m to 15:53 p.m.

It snowed in Dashkasan, Gadabay, Giriz, Saribash and Shahdagh.
