Vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) which passed from Khankandi to Lachin returned back without hindrance.

6 vehicles belonging to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) made an unhindered passage from Khankandi to Lachin through the protest area. There were civilian Armenians in the cars.
