Trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Hungary increases by 34,8 percent

The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, who is on a visit to Hungary, the Azerbaijani co-chairman of the Joint Commission on Economic Cooperation between the Governments of Azerbaijan and Hungary, Sahil Babayev, met with the Director General of the Office of the President of Hungary, Tamas Shanda, and the Minister of Economic Development of Hungary, Marton Nagy, the ministry told APA.

At the meetings, it was emphasized that relations between Azerbaijan and Hungary are constantly developing on the basis of friendly relations and strategic partnership, and that cooperation is expanding in all fields.

It was noted that over the past period 52 cooperation documents were signed between Azerbaijan and Hungary, growth rate continues in the field of trade and economic cooperation, and trade turnover of the two countries increased by 34,8 percent in the previous year.
