The number of foreign citizens, obtained ASAN Visa, in order to come to Azerbaijan has reached a record level in August 2019, the Information Provision Department of ASAN Service told APA.
Thus, 125 424 foreign citizens from 134 different countries have applied for a visa through ASAN Visa system in order to visit Azerbaijan during last month. It means August is the month with most applications for visa since the establishment of ASAN Visa, as well as the indicator is 24% more than the corresponding period of 2018.
The people, applied for e-visa to Azerbaijan during August were citizens of the United Arab Emirates, China, Turkey, India, Pakistan, Iran, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Turkmenistan.
