The Heydar Aliyev Foundation employees have taken control of Ogtay Gulaliyev’s health issue, who is currently being treated at the Republican Neurosurgical Hospital, necessary support will be provided according to First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva’s order, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation told APA.
In this regard, yesterday representatives of the Foundation spoke with Oktay Gulaliyev's wife Firuza Gulaliyeva on the phone and today at the hospital inquired about the wishes of family members and the support they can provide.Taking into account his family's request, foreign experts have been recruited to support the treatment of Oktay Gulaliyev, who is currently in a coma. The doctor, who was invited from Istanbul today, familiarized with Ogtay Gulaliyev’s condition. Since his family decided to continue his treatment in Turkey, the Heydar Aliyev Foundation is currently working on a solution.

According to President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Mehriban Aliyeva’s order, a special ambulance plane has been allocated to transport Ogtay Gulaliyev to Turkey, which will be taken to Istanbul as soon as possible under the supervision of doctors. At the same time, it was stated that all necessary issues related to Oktay Gulaliyev’s health will be kept under the President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation and appropriate support will be provided.
