Based on investigations carried out by General Prosecutor’s Office it is identified that resident of Baku Tofig Yagublu via his personal “Facebook” page made deliberately and biased provocative attempts directed to inciting people to unlawful actions against the government, provoking them to protests and violations of public and political stability by serving to create a distrust of citizens' to the activities carried out by the state, APA reports quoting joint information by press services of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and General Prosecutor’s Office.
It is stated that regarding the above noted actions T.Yagublu invited to the General Prosecutor’s Office and was officially warned that if he will continue to spread the misinformation serving to shadow the purposeful activities of the state among the citizens and directed to violations of the public and political stability in the country, serious measures indicated in the legislation in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Prosecutor’s Office” will be taken against him.
Ministry of Internal Affairs and General Prosecutor’s Office is warning social network users that open calls directed to the forcible seizure of power and forced change of the constitutional structure of the Republic of Azerbaijan by violating public and political stability created in our country, creating distrust to the activities carried out by the state, provoking people to hold illegal protest rallies and other illegal actions will be strictly prevented.
