Children will be provided with free psychological assistance in educational institutions, APA reports.
This is reflected in the new draft Law “On the Rights of the Child” discussed at today’s meeting of the Milli Majlis Committee on Family, Women and Children’s Affairs.
Under the draft, children will be provided with free medical and psychological assistance in accordance with the law in all educational institutions, regardless of their form of ownership.
Under the current law, children with disabilities have the right to receive free medical and speech therapy assistance out of turn, in accordance with the procedure determined by the relevant executive authority, as well as free psychological assistance in accordance with the procedure established by the Law “On Psychological Assistance.”
