The child adoption will be fully carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population in Azerbaijan from November 1, this is considered on the decree of President Ilham Aliyev on amendments to the Decree "On measures to improve governance in the area of adopting a child" signed on June 3 of this year, APA reports.
According to the amendment, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population should provide establishment and activity of “Children deprived from parent care and adoption” subsystem in centralized electronic information center of the Ministry in order to ensure registration of children deprived from parental care and adopted, and people willing to adopt them, as well as other services related to adoption field in electronic form November 1, 2019.
