TABIB has commented on the case of the Iranian student traveling by air from Baku to Belarus who tested positive for coronavirus, APA reports citing Yagut Garayeva, head of department at TABIB, member of Operative Task Force under Cabinet of Ministers.
She noted that when the mentioned person was crossing the border no symptom of the disease was detected in him, and his temperature also was normal: “Such diseases can start sharply, in other words they don’t start slowly. When we examine people at the border, sometimes they express their discontent, but the more people are checked, the less the risk of contraction of a disease will become. People are traveling too much. The people should themselves acknowledge that they shouldn’t go to places where the infectious disease is spread”.
