Some changes have been made in the Decision #208 dated June 19, 2020 based on the Decision #220 dated June 25, 2020 of the Cabinet of Ministers, the Cabinet of Ministers told APA.
The changes consist of 3 parts.
The first change is that the citizens will be able to obtain permission for leaving their homes not only by means of SMS message, but also using the E-TABIB mobile application.
The second change is that the 50 percent of the employees working in the following areas whose activity is permitted in the annex to the Decision #208 of the Cabinet of Ministers will be allowed to come to work. These areas include (according to the subsequence of the listing in the annex to the Decision #208):
4.4. production of daily care and hygiene products;
4.11. production and repair of construction equipment and domestic appliances;
4.12. engineering and designing services;
4.14. manufacturing of packaging products;
4.15. production of stone, metal and wooden articles;
4.16. production and repair of furniture;
5.4. zoo stores, including animal food staff sale stations;
5.5. construction materials and domestic small wares sale stations;
5.6. online sales;
6.2. dry-cleaning businesses;
6.3. cleaning of residential houses except for apartments;
6.4. repair of automobiles;
6.5. automobile washing stations;
6.6. animal asylums;
9.2. translation services.
And the third change is that the number of permissions given to persons working on the basis of civil and legal contracts in the above-listed 15 areas shouldn’t exceed 30 percent of the total number of people working on the basis of labor contracts.
